The aviation industry has had a challenging year so far. We have been encouraged, however, by the almost daily news of resumed routes, and look forward to a return to some sort of normality shortly.
As the industry picks up again, we know that things will be different. Remote working has become the norm. We’re ready for this. We already have an excellent track record in delivering remotely hosted Baggage Solutions with minimal requirements for on-site activities. We have also refined our training and service delivery capabilities ready for a likely increase in requests for remote service delivery.
We will soon release the latest version of our successful Load & Track Baggage Management System, with an extensive set of new features and enhancements. We have also been investing time into new solutions, such as support for Customs Preclearance, and a Baggage Inventory & Storage System which can be used for early bag storage as well as disruption management.
With a new era facing our industry, Luggage Logistics are ready for the challenge. We hope all our friends, customers, colleagues and competitors alike have managed to stay safe and well, and that we get a chance to catch up soon.
